DIY Roasted Chickpea Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. In a sealable bag, toss chickpeas with the olive oil, sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cumin.
  3. Spread coated chickpeas in a single layer on a cookie sheet and roast until browned, 15 to 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from cookie sheet and toss with parsley and sea salt.
  5. Transfer to bowl and serve; you can also let cool and store in an airtight container.
